Ingredients of Noodle -rice
- You need 100 g of noodles.
- Prepare 250 gms of rice.
- You need 100 gms of minced chicken.
- Prepare of vegetables -carrots, capsicum, onions, cabbage frenchbeans (100gms each'finely chopped).
- You need 100 gms of small prawns.
- Prepare of fresh parsley leaves -finely chopped.
- You need 2 of large eggs.
- It’s of chopped green chillies and ginger paste.
- You need of frying oil,salt and sugar.
- You need 2 tbs of each of soya sauce and chilli -vinegar.
Noodle -rice Instructions
- Boil noodles and rice separately and set aside draining out the water.Boil all vegetables (except onions).
- Wash and steam the minced chicken. Add salt and set aside. Boil the prawns and fry them.Set aside.
- Break the eggs. Beat the eggyolks.Add salt.Heat a bit of oil in a frying pan and scramble the beaten egg yolks.
- Heat the remaining oil in the frying pan.Add green chillies and ginger paste.Fry till the spicr starts smelling. Gradually add all vegetables and fry adding salt and sugar
- Add the chicken and prawns to the mixture.Add soya sauce and stir fry.
- Add the boiled noodles and scrambled eggs and continue frying.
- Add the rice.Gradually put chilli vinegar salt and sugar each at a time. Gently stir up and down all the ingredients. Finally add the parsley leaves. Remove from the flame and serve hot.
