  1. You need 1/2 kg of chicken nibblets.
  2. It’s 2 of carrots cut in pieces.
  3. You need 1 stalk of celery.
  4. Prepare of Chinese cabbage.
  5. Prepare 5 of Garlic cloves.
  6. It’s 1/2 cup of suki sauce.
  7. It’s 1 tsp of white pepper.
  8. You need 1 tbsp of salt.
  9. You need 1 packet of udon noddles.

Udon Suki soup Instructions

  1. Boil chicken nibblets with carrot, salt, celery, garlic and pepper for 1 hour (you can use ready made chicken stock)
  2. Turn off the heat. Set aside, Let it cool.
  3. Shred the chicken nibblets. Set aside.
  4. In a smaller pot, add udon noodles, 3 tbsp shredded chicken, chinese cabbage, carrots and soup and boil until noodle is cooked. Add in suki sauce and enjoy!
