- It’s 900 grams of Hot cooked white rice.
- Prepare 1 of Sushi rice seasoning.
- It’s 1 of tuna, shrimp, salmon, pickled mackerel, cured hum, thin tamagoyaki, sakura denbu, etc. Your choice of toppings.
