  1. Prepare 500 gr of prawns, peeled and deveined.
  2. It’s 1 tablespoon of lime juice.
  3. It’s 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil.
  4. It’s 2 teaspoons of sesame oil.
  5. It’s 6 cloves of garlic, minced.
  6. Prepare 1/2 inch of ginger, pounded.
  7. You need 3 of green onions, finely chopped.
  8. It’s 1 teaspoon of soy sauce.
  9. It’s 1 teaspoon of kecap manis (sweet soy sauce).
  10. It’s 1 teaspoon of salt.
  11. You need 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper powder.

Butter Garlic Fried Prawns Instructions

  1. Mix the prawns with lime juice. Set aside for 10 minutes. Wash and pat them with some paper towels to remove the excessive water.
  2. Mix the prawns 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder in a bowl. Add the ginger. Stir well. Close the bowl with plastic wrapper. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
