  1. Prepare 6 nos of Prawn – Medium size – (Cleaned with tail).
  2. You need of Ginger Garlic salt Lime Juice Paste , and for first marination.
  3. You need 2 tsps of Mustard paste -.
  4. You need 2 pinchs of Turmeric powder -.
  5. You need 2 Pinchs of Chilly Powder -.
  6. It’s 60 ml of Curd Hang (thick )-.
  7. You need 1 tsp of Mustard Oil -.
  8. You need 2 Pinchs of Garam Masala -.
  9. It’s to taste of Salt.

Roasted Mustard PRAWN (tawa grilled or oven roasted) Instructions

  1. Put cleaned prawn in a mixing bowl and mix with first marination and keep 15 min.
  2. Make the  second marination adding curd,ginger garlic paste,salt,lemon juice,chilli powder,turmeric powder,mustard paste,mustard oil,garam masala and salt.
  3. Add the prawn in the marination and keep for another 15 min.
  4. With the help of skewer cook the marinated prawn in a griller or hot tawa,
  5. When become full done,remove from the tawa.
  6. Serve hot with Tangy Mint chutney
