Ingredients of Shrimp Paprika

  1. It’s 18-20 of Medium size Shrimp (shelled, deveined and washed).
  2. It’s 2 Tbsp of sliced Shallots.
  3. It’s 2 of sliced Garlic cloves.
  4. You need 1 of fresh Red chilli chopped.
  5. It’s 1 Tsp of crushed ginger garlic paste.
  6. It’s 1 Tsp of Paprika powder.
  7. It’s 1 Tbsp of Butter.
  8. You need 1 Tsp of lemon juice.
  9. It’s Pinch of Black pepper powder.
  10. You need to taste of Salt.

Shrimp Paprika Instructions

  1. Marinate the Shrimp with lemon juice, pinch of Black Pepper powder and Ginger garlic paste. Set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a pan and add the sliced shallots. Cook till transparent.
  3. Add the sliced garlic to the pan and let them change color to light brown
  4. Add the chopped fresh Red chilli and Paprika power and stir for 1/2 a minute.
