Peri Peri prawn fritters in spicy spinach rice Instructions

  1. First of all wash and prepare the rice with sufficient water.
  2. When 80% of the rice is cooked then drain all the water from it.
  3. Add ghee and lemon juice and keep it aside without covering it.
  4. In the meantime wash the prawns and mix all the ingredients except oil for making Peri Peri prawn fritters into it.
