Ingredients of Chinese Rice

  2. It’s of Shrimp.
  3. You need of Green peas.
  4. Prepare 3 of eggs.
  5. You need of G.oil or butter.
  6. Prepare of Cabbage.
  7. You need of Sugar.
  8. Prepare of Mayonnaise.
  9. You need of Pepper.
  10. You need of Seasonings.
  11. Prepare of Salt.
  12. You need of Lemon juice.
  13. Prepare of Onion.

Chinese Rice Step By Step

  1. While Wash the rice and parboil till soft and set aside
  2. Put a pan on fire break the egg into it add ur pepper and salt and turn…till well scrambled remove and set aside
  3. Put ur butter or g oil on fire and den add ur onion den add d shrimp and lemon juice den add the green peas and leave to boil for 5 mins
  4. After the 5 mins add the parboiled rice, pepper,seasoning,magic,salt and mix 2geda and leave for 5 min
  5. While dat is on fire.. Wash ur cabbage and cut them..put in s bowl…sprinkle a little sugar and add d mayonnaise.. Mix 2geda and set aside
  6. Now ur food is set..remove from fire and serve warm..wit d cabbage by d side and any protein of ur choice..I used cow head and goat meat for mine…
